Yamaha R15, A 150cc Bike .Yamaha Have a Plans to launch this Bike in India with in 6-8 months from Now. I had a word with Yamaha’s Manager in AutoExpo2008-We will launch this bike in India within 6-8 months. According to them the Price will be arround
a One Lakh. Thats a good Start by Yamaha,I am sure that This will Kick-up every Bike on Road.

I had a word with the one of the manager in Auto Expo2008,According to them The Price of this bike will be arround Rs 95,000 to Rs 1,05,000.
This bike You will take arround 5-6 months time, That means till july or August, this bike will be laucnhed.

wats the bhp of this bike…some says that 22 and some 16bhp..wats the truth..if it is 22 bhp then the bike would cost around 1lakh to 1.30 lakh i guess…but the power of the vixion is 16 bhp ..if r 15 is with the same engine of vixion then it would be a bad thing ,,cause the legendary R series must deliver more power and torque..am i right guys???

According to the company this Bike will be on the roads till End of July-August’08 and Abt Performance- This bike have looks ,speed But if you ask abt the milage then its Doubt full because there are Humors that this bike will generate 20-22 bhp of power,If it is True than IT means that This bike have more power than Pulsar 200 and 220. So milage will not be good arround 25-28km/l. But Yamaha have good reputation in the world for making world class bikes. Their bikes overall performance is good maintaince free bikes,No need to maintain ur bikes alott like other Bikes.
If u care abt Milage(u need milage bike ) than I prefer you should go for Hunk or Apache and Pulsar(180) if u can manage little difference in the milage part.
